Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very clean and comfy, with plenty of hot water and a heater for cold days. The rooms felt a bit dark to my taste but were spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly nice and helpful, making recommendations and arranging shuttle services to Petra. The location is fine, right in the city center, making it easy to travel anywhere, but finding parking on the street could be a hassle.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was freshly prepared even for late risers. It was great that they offered a free shuttle to the tourist visitor center of Petra. However, the downside was the intermittent wifi and the constant pressure to spend money on additional services.
Our stay was fantastic overall! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but we needed to book two rooms. The service was top-notch; the management was professional, friendly, and very helpful, going above and beyond to make up for any minor shortcomings. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and just a short drive from Petra Visitors Centre. Dining was satisfying, but we wished for more traditional flavors in the meals. The hotel has adequate facilities for a pleasant stay.
